Upping the Anty for Millvale Music Festival 2018

 
 

PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania - Sidekick Media Services, a Pittsburgh-based multimedia company, announces their continued work with the Millvale Music Festival for 2018. This year, the company’s involvement will include live streaming part of the event, social media integration, and website development.

Missy Sorg of Sidekick Media Services offered, “It was great helping with volunteers last year. This year, there were some shifts in opportunities among the organizing committee, and Sidekick Media Services stepped in where we think we can help.”

On the plate for this year’s updates include a website overhaul to include the following:

  • Addition of an interactive schedule, including iCal options for users to build their own schedule for musical acts they would like to see during the festival.

  • Development of an interactive Google map outlining musical acts, food vendors, drink vendors, information booths, merchandise booths, restrooms, and general event amenities.

  • Links to musical act sites for users to learn more about the acts.

  • Addition of an online store for merchandise sales.

  • Inclusion of on-site sign-ups for musical acts, volunteers, and artists.

  • Integration of live streaming video feeds the day of the event.

Sidekick Media Services is also being recognized as an event sponsor for this year’s event, as a portion of the services provided have been offered in-kind to the event.
